Salad Dressing
Makes 2-3
Ingredients
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1/4 cup Lime juice
1/2 cup Gut Friendly Peanut butter
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Sesame oil, toasted
1/4 cup Water
Method
Finely chop ginger & garlic.
Place ginger, garlic, PB, Soy sauce & sesame oil into a small bowl. Mix well.
Squeeze in the lime juice and stir.
Add in water as required for your desired thickness.
Drizzle over salad of your choice!
