Salad Dressing

Makes 2-3

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Ginger

  • 1/4 cup Lime juice

  • 1/2 cup Gut Friendly Peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 2 tsp Sesame oil, toasted

  • 1/4 cup Water

Method

  1. Finely chop ginger & garlic.

  2. Place ginger, garlic, PB, Soy sauce & sesame oil into a small bowl. Mix well.

  3. Squeeze in the lime juice and stir.

  4. Add in water as required for your desired thickness.

  5. Drizzle over salad of your choice!
