Apple Crunch Wraps

Serves 1 - Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 Wholemeal Wrap

  • 1 Green Apple

  • 1 tbsp of Dried Cranberries

  • 1 tbsp of Sultanas

  • 1 tsp Oats

  • 2 tbsp Energise Peanut Butter

  1. Spread half the wrap with Energise Peanut Butter.

  2. Chop apple into thin slices then into sticks.

  3. Sprinkle the apple, cranberries, sultanas and oats onto the wrap.

  4. Roll up and enjoy!
